Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

Because of the customization and copyright of the majority of our products, our return policy is limited to damaged items only. Please contact the studio if any item arrives damaged and we will replace it immediately. Proof of damage is required with photos that can be taken with any camera and then emailed to us at rebecca@willoughbystudios.com.

Shipping

Shipping is currently limited to the United States. If you would like a shipping quote for somewhere outside the United States please email us at rebecca@willoughbystudios and we will give you a correct shipping cost.

Most items ship within a week. Some customized items take longer. All Portrait commisions will be shipped when final approval and payment is received.
